Bone Health

hmmm The only way i know how to make your bones stronger is to DRINK MILK and exercise! By drinking milk, you are making it denser and stronger because of the calcium in the milk. And, by exercising, you are using your muscles, which pull on your bones, making it denser and stronger at the areas where the muscle is pulling. Either way, if you want your bones to be stronger, make it denser hahaha -^^-

Why are bones important to our body?

Without bones, how are we going to move because our muscles attach to our bones, allowing us movement. Otherwise we'll all be a puddle of flesh and skin hahahah xD Anyways.... They also provide support for the body and the posture, so that we can stand. Our bones protect all our soft fleshy organs in our body and enables them to function without getting damaged by outside obstacles.

Hmmmm I am really interested in the brain and how it works because even though many discoveries were made on the brain, it is still a mystery to the medical world and there are many things that has neurologists confounded.

What kind of inanimate object would I like to be?

I would like to be an mp3 player. Why? Because I like listening to music every single day. I never leave my house without my iPod mini and I just LOVE music ^^
